If you need to limit printers locally too, then either Restrict printer access per subnet or deploy Mobility Print printers with Print Deploy to restrict access by users, groups or hosts. For local printing, users will still get access to all your printers when they join your local network. Selecting printers only applies to Cloud Print. If you’re using Mobility Print without print management, all printers will be shared via this invite link. Selecting printers is only available for customers who use PaperCut NG/MF.
